Cook: 5 mins
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp mirin
1 tsp cooking sake
1 pinch cooking salt
200g salmon (skin off and cut into small dice)
400g Steamed rice
1 tbsp Kewpie Yuzu Mayonnaise (to serve)
1 pinch White sesame (garnish)
5g Nori sheet (garnish)
1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, cooking sake, cooking salt until combined.
2. Place salmon in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sauce mixture and cook for 5 mins or until cooked. Crush the salmon to small flakes. Control the heat and stir continuously until the sauce mixture is absorbed by the salmon.
3. Serve on hot steam rice. Drizzle desired amount of yuzu mayonnaise. Garnish white sesame and nori.
