3 tsp KEWPIE Mayonnaise
1 tsp teriyaki sauce
6 oysters with shell, rinsed with water and dried with paper towel
1 pinch shichimi pepper (Japanese assorted chilli pepper)
1. Preheat oven to 230°C.
2. Combine mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce in a bowl, then set aside.
3. Cover oysters with sauce mixture and place in the oven. Grill for about 5 minutes or until oysters are golden brown and sauce bubbles.
4. Sprinkle of a pinch of shichimi pepper to serve.
